Issue: Bio-terrorism

Overview:
The Department of Health and Senior Services has established the Medprep Terrorism Advisory Committee to serve as the State’s focal point in dealing with New Jersey’s preparedness and response to any potential terrorist actions. The Committee has focused its initial activities on the issues of Anthrax and Smallpox.

Current Action by NJCTH:
The NJCTH is a member of the Committee and continues to provide input on these and other important issues.
